A stew of fabes (quality white beans), chorizo, blood sausage and pork shoulder that is cooked slowly to make it mellow and with an incredible flavor. Cachopo, the irresistible classic<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cachopo <\/strong>is one of those dishes that make your mouth water. It is two beef fillets stuffed with ham and cheese, breaded and fried until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Rice with bugre, the taste of the Cantabrian Sea.<\/h2>\n<p>Asturias is famous for its seafood, and <strong>rice with bugre <\/strong>(lobster) is proof of this.
