In 2011, Conchi Álvarez and I, Mario Céspedes, opened Ronda 14 in Avilés, with the idea of fusing the best of Asturian cuisine with Peruvian Nikkei.

Since then, we continue to be a reference for those looking for a unique and fun culinary experience.

Nikkei food was born in Peru as a result of the fusion between traditional Japanese cuisine and local Peruvian ingredients, due to Japanese immigration at the beginning of the 20th century.
